I would like to know, if someone knows how two knee joints or two elbow joints works, cause i don't understand why LowerArm_IK or LowerLeg_IK controllers remains in its position in IK mode instead to follow orientation of leg world ik ctrl or arm world ik ctrl.

The extra knee joint is intended for something like a dog leg, with a raised ankle while also needing more control at the ball of the foot. So the first knee acts as a knee and the second acts more like an ankle. Also useful for birds that have a back toe that needs to stay grounded when ankle lifts.
Currently there isn’t a way to split one knee joint’s rotation into two joints in IK mode, like you are trying to do.
