In the header of the RRM3 window there's still written it's version 3.00.00

Marking Menu Settings: It would be cool to have feedback weather the Marking Menu is Enabled currently (like text "Marking Menu is Enabled" or keeping the button highlighted, or best - both). Btw, is it a good place for feedback?

While in beta, I am keeping the number as 3.00.00. Once officially released, I will start incrementing the number.

For the marking menu, I have added a third button to the RRM3 shelf.

This button allows the user to activate and deactivate the Marking Menu, as well as specify the hotkey + mouse button combination they want to use. This, to me, is a preferable solution because it gives the user the option to turn it on and off and to customize it.

Yes, I know, I meant this window:

The button on the lower left ("Enable/Modify Marking Menu") could stay highlited when pressed (enabled) and a text below saying "Marking Menu is Enabled" could appear as well.
